Den Store eller Skt. Jacobskirke er hovedkirken i byen Vlissingen, i den hollandske provins Zeeland. Bygningen ligger på den Gamle Marked; omkring løber gaderne Bag Kirken, Branderijgade og Skejgade. Den oprindeligt romersk-katolske kirke har siden 1572 tilhørt den Nederlandske Reformerte Menighed.
