Apostelhoeve er en vingård i den sydlige del af den hollandske by Maastricht. Apostelhoeve med tilhørende vinmarker ligger på den sydøstlige skråning af Louwberget, på vestkysten af Jekerdalen, tæt på den belgiske grænse. I Jekerdalen blev der allerede i middelalderen dyrket vindruer, indtil den "Lille Istid" satte en stopper for det omkring 1600. Vinmarkerne ved Apostelhoeve var i århundreder ejet af Stiftelsen Lambert van Middelhoven, som styrede det i det femtende århundrede grundlagte Twaalf Apostelenhofje i Bogaardenstraat. Apostelhoeve kan muligvis have fået sit navn fra dette forhold.
