L’Apostelhoeve est une cave située dans le sud de la ville néerlandaise de Maastricht. L’Apostelhoeve avec ses vignobles est situé sur le versant sud-est du Louwberg, sur le côté ouest du Jekerdal, près de la frontière belge. Les raisins de cuve étaient déjà cultivés dans le Jekerdal au Moyen Âge, jusqu’à ce que le « petit âge glaciaire » y mette fin vers 1600. Les vignobles de l’Apostelhoeve ont appartenu pendant des siècles à la Fondation Lambert van Middelhoven, qui gérait le Twaalf Apostelenhofje dans la Bogaardenstraat, fondée au XVe siècle. Il est possible que l’Apostelhoeve doive son nom à cette union.
