Die Apostelhoeve ist ein Weingut im Süden der niederländischen Stadt Maastricht. Die Apostelhoeve mit den dazugehörigen Weinbergen liegt am südöstlichen Hang des Louwbergs, an der Westseite des Jekertals, nahe der belgischen Grenze. Im Jekertal wurden bereits im Mittelalter Weintrauben angebaut, bis die „Kleine Eiszeit“ um 1600 dem ein Ende setzte. Die Weinberge bei der Apostelhoeve waren Jahrhunderten lang im Besitz der Stiftung Lambert von Middelhoven, die im fünfzehnten Jahrhundert das Twaalf Apostelenhofje in der Bogaardenstraße verwaltete. Möglicherweise verdankt die Apostelhoeve ihren Namen dieser Verbindung.
