La Apostelhoeve es una bodega en el sur de la ciudad neerlandesa de Maastricht. La Apostelhoeve, con sus viñedos, se encuentra en la ladera sureste de Louwberg, en el lado oeste del Jekerdal, cerca de la frontera belga. En el Jekerdal ya se cultivaban uvas para vino en la Edad Media, hasta que la "Pequeña Edad de Hielo" puso fin a eso alrededor de 1600. Los viñedos de la Apostelhoeve fueron propiedad durante siglos de la Fundación Lambert van Middelhoven, que gestionaba el Twaalf Apostelenhofje, fundado en el siglo XV, en la calle Bogaarden. Es posible que la Apostelhoeve deba su nombre a esa asociación.
