Sint-Servaasbasilikaen er en kirke i centrum af den nederlandske by Maastricht. Bygningens komplekset ligger mellem tre pladser: Vrijthof, Keizer Karelplein og Henric van Veldekeplein. Kirken er, som man antager, bygget på gravstedet for Sankt Servatius og betragtes som den ældste eksisterende kirke i Nederlandene. Den store, tre-skibede korskirke er for det meste bygget i romansk stil med brug af kulsandsten, mergel og andre natursten. Kirken fungerer som sognekirke for den romersk-katolske Sankt Servatius Sogn og er desuden dekanatskirke for Maastricht. Siden 1985 har kirken båret titlen basilica minor. Basilikaen er et rijksmonument og tilhører 'Top 100 af Rijksdienst for Monumentenzorg' fra 1990. Kirken, klostergangene og skatkisten er åbne for offentligheden hver dag og kan besigtiges mod betaling.
