Heelsum er en landsby i kommunen Renkum i den hollandske provins Gelderland. Den har over 3.540 indbyggere. Landsbyen er orienteret både mod Oosterbeek og Renkum. Navnet Hellessem forekommer allerede i det 11. århundrede. Navnet kan bedst forklares som 'bosættelse ved forskellen i højde'. De tidligste fundne spor af beboelse stammer dog fra det 14. århundrede. Ikke langt fra kirken er der fundet en grav fra det 6. eller 7. århundrede.
