Erica er en landsby i kommunen Emmen, i den hollandske provins Drenthe. Den ligger syd for Emmen, præcist beliggende mellem Nieuw-Amsterdam, Emmen, Klazienaveen og Schoonebeek. Erica opstod omkring 1863 som en boghvedekoloni på de højere sandjorder og voksede senere ud til en rigtig moskoloni, da Hoogeveense Vaart blev færdig omkring 1863; centrum kom da til at ligge ved kanalen.
