Spijkerboor er en lille landsby i kommunen Aa en Hunze i provinsen Drenthe. Landsbyen ligger ved krydset mellem vejen Annen-Veendam og vejen fra Gieterveen til Zuidlaarderveen. Lige sydøst for landsbyen ligger landsbyen Nieuw Annerveen, og på nordvestsiden ligger Oud Annerveen.
Stednavnet er afledt af den snoede bevægelse af Hunze, som ligner en spijkerboor, en gammeldags snedkerbore med sidelæns udskærende svengelgreb.
