Spijkerboor ist ein kleines Dorf in der Gemeinde Aa und Hunze in der Provinz Drenthe. Das Dorf liegt an der Kreuzung der Straße Annen-Veendam und der Straße von Gieterveen nach Zuidlaarderveen. Etwas südöstlich des Dorfes liegt das Dorf Nieuw Annerveen, an der nordwestlichen Seite liegt Oud Annerveen.
Der Ortsname leitet sich von dem gewundenen Lauf der Hunze ab, der einem Spijkerboor ähnelt, einem altmodischen Zimmermannsbohrer mit seitlich abgebogenem Handgriff.
