Apeldoorn ; Veluws: Apeldoorne) er en kommune på Veluwe i den nederlandske provins Gelderland. Hovedbyen i kommunen er den samme som kommunen. Kommunen har 165.648 indbyggere og er dermed den elvte kommune i Nederland målt på indbyggertal. Den har et samlet areal på 341,15 km², og ligger dermed på niendepladsen blandt de største kommuner i Nederland og er den største i Gelderland. Kommunen består af 339,89 km² land og 1,26 km² vand.
