Goor er en by i kommunen Hof van Twente i Overijssel. Indtil kommunalreformen den 1. januar 2001 var Goor en selvstændig kommune i Twente. Goor er inden for kommunen Hof van Twente den største by. Rådhuset ligger også i Goor. Befolkningen bestod tidligere hovedsageligt af gamle indfødte familier og efterkommere af de landbrugsfamilier, der boede omkring Goor. Siden etableringen af tekstilindustrien i det 19. århundrede og Eternit-fabrikken i 1930'erne er Goor vokset betydeligt, og befolkningen er blevet suppleret med nye indbyggere fra Drenthe og andre dele af Nederlandene. Siden 1960'erne har Goor også haft et lille samfund af mennesker af tyrkisk afkomst.
