Goor es una ciudad en el municipio de Hof van Twente, en Overijssel. Hasta la reorganización municipal el 1 de enero de 2001, Goor era un municipio independiente en Twente. Goor es el núcleo más grande dentro del municipio de Hof van Twente. El ayuntamiento también se encuentra en Goor.
