Wier er en landsby i Waadhoeke kommune i provinsen Friesland, Holland. Den havde en befolkning på 210 i januar 2017. Landsbyen blev første gang nævnt i det 13. århundrede som Werue, og betyder terp. Terpen stammer sandsynligvis fra begyndelsen af vores tidsregning og var beliggende i udkanten af Middelzee. Det var oprindeligt en fiskerlandsby og var forbundet til Berlikum via en kanal.
