Regge er en flod i Overijssel. Den nuværende flod begynder ved godset Westerflier sydvest for Diepenheim som en afgrening af Schipbeek og består af Boven-Regge, Midden-Regge og Beneden-Regge. Floden munder ud i Overijssels Vecht ved Ommen.
Indtil ca. 1400 var Buurserbeek den øvre del af Regge. For at tiltrække handelen over vandet fra Twente og Westfalen lod Deventer grave Schipbeek, hvilket øgede Deventers konkurrenceposition i forhold til Zwolle.
