Il Regge è un fiume dell'Overijssel. L'attuale fiume inizia presso il possedimento di Westerflier a sud-ovest di Diepenheim come un ramo dello Schipbeek ed è composto dal Boven-Regge, dal Midden-Regge e dal Beneden-Regge. Il fiume sfocia ad Ommen nel Vecht dell'Overijssel.
Fino circa al 1400, il Buurserbeek era il corso superiore del Regge. Per attrarre il commercio via acqua da Twente e Westfalia, Deventer all'epoca fece scavare lo Schipbeek, aumentando così la posizione competitiva della navigazione di Deventer rispetto a Zwolle.
