Eemsmondbygningen er en kontorbygning på Duurswoldlaan i Farmsum nær havnen i Delfzijl i den nederlandske provins Groningen. Bygningen ligger på stedet, hvor hornværket Kostverloren tidligere var placeret, som skulle beskytte fæstningsbyen Delfzijl mod angreb fra retningen af Farmsum. Eemsmondbygningen er kendetegnende ved de betonplastik, der er designet af kunstneren Jaap van der Meij. Den designet bygning er fra 1969 og indeholder en atombeskyttelsesrum. I 1973 blev den taget i brug af statslige tjenestegrene til vedligeholdelse og reparation af fyrtårnene.
