Forum Groningen er en bygning i centrum af byen Groningen, der blev åbnet den 29. november 2019. Det er en del af ombygningen af østsiden af Grote Markt, byens centrale plads. Da forskellige bygninger bag østvæggen af markedet – herunder Naberpassage – er blevet revet ned, blev der skabt plads til en plads med terrasser, kaldet Nieuwe Markt, og Forum Groningen.
