Forum Groningen è un edificio nel centro della città di Groningen, inaugurato il 29 novembre 2019. Fa parte della ristrutturazione del lato est di Grote Markt, la piazza centrale della città. Poiché diversi edifici dietro il muro est del mercato - tra cui il Naberpassage - sono stati demoliti, è stato creato spazio per una piazza con terrazze, chiamata Nieuwe Markt, e Forum Groningen.
