Franeker Rådhus er rådhuset i kommunen Franeker, Holland, en af de elleve historiske byer i Friesland. Bygningen stammer fra 1591–1594 og er bygget i frysk renæssancestil.
Den første sten blev lagt den 24. juni 1591. Bygningen tog i alt tre år. Over hovedindgangen vises Frieslands våbenskjold, og langs blyvinduernes første etage er der placeret yderligere 27 våbenskjold. Det er et nationalt monument og en del af Top 100 danske kulturarvsteder. Det er et rijksmonument siden den 21. februar 1967, og det er en af kun tre frisiske poster i Top 100 danske kulturarvsteder.
