Das Franeker Rathaus ist das Rathaus der Gemeinde Franeker in den Niederlanden, eine der elf historischen Städte Frieslands. Das Gebäude stammt aus den Jahren 1591–1594 und wurde im friesischen Renaissance-Stil erbaut.
Der erste Stein wurde am 24. Juni 1591 gelegt. Der Bau dauerte insgesamt drei Jahre. Über dem Haupteingang ist das Wappen Frieslands zu sehen, und entlang der Bleiglasfenster im ersten Stock sind weitere 27 Wappen angebracht. Es ist ein nationales Denkmal und Teil der Top 100 der niederländischen Kulturdenkmäler. Seit dem 21. Februar 1967 ist es ein Rijksmonument und eines von nur drei friesischen Einträgen in der Top 100 der niederländischen Kulturdenkmäler.
