Posthus Teatret er et teater beliggende i Heerenveen. Teatret viser ikke kun forestillinger på scenen, men organiserer også mange arrangementer i og omkring Heerenveen. Derudover er Posthus et officielt vielsessted inden for kommunen Heerenveen. Navnet Posthus stammer fra, at bygningen for længe siden fungerede som kro med en hvileplads for postvognen. Måske blev kroen "Het Posthuys" allerede bygget ved grundlæggelsen af Heerenveen i 1551. I en publikation fra 1754 afgives et bud på "kroen het Posthuys" på "3300 Guldguld og 15 skilling". Siden 1810 har kroen været kendt som "Det Gamle Posthus".
