Metrostation Pernis i Rotterdam ligger på linje C og er en del af udvidelsen af øst-vest-linjen, der åbnede den 4. november 2002. Dette projekt blev kaldt Benelux-linjen.
Stationen ligger klemt mellem motorvejen A4 og landsbykernen i Pernis, en lille placering midt i Rotterdams havneområde. Åbningen af metrostationen betød en stor forbedring for Pernis' tilgængelighed med offentlig transport. Tidligere var landsbyen kun tilgængelig med bus. Øen perronen på station Pernis er beskyttet af et tag, der med sin form samtidig markerer adskillelsen mellem landsbyen og motorvejen.
