La estación de metro Pernis en Róterdam está situada en la línea C y forma parte de la prolongación de la línea este-oeste que se inauguró el 4 de noviembre de 2002. Este proyecto se llamó línea Benelux.
La estación está encajada entre la autopista A4 y el núcleo del pueblo de Pernis, un lugar que se encuentra en medio de la zona portuaria de Róterdam. La apertura de la estación de metro supuso una gran mejora para la conexión de Pernis con el transporte público. Antes, el pueblo solo era accesible en autobús. El andén isla de la estación Pernis está cubierto por un techado, que debido a su forma también marca la separación entre el pueblo y la autopista.
