Vandmøllen i Stein er en vandmølle på den sydvestlige side af Stein i kommunen Stein i den nederlandske provins Limburg. Møllen ligger i slutningen af Ondergenhousweg nord for Kasteel Stein og vest for Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekapel og Zonput.
Den tidligere gamle vandmølle er med den hvidvaskede lade siden 1966 statsligt monument. Den bagvedliggende lade i rød teglsten med et saddeltag dækket af grå gammeldansk tagsten er siden 2002 statsligt monument.
