Die Wassermühle von Stein ist eine Wassermühle im Südwesten von Stein in der Gemeinde Stein in der niederländischen Provinz Limburg. Die Mühle liegt am Ende der Ondergenhousweg nördlich von Schloss Stein und westlich der Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekapel und der Zonput.
Die ehemalige alte Wassermühle ist seit 1966 ein nationales Denkmal mit der weiß gestrichenen Scheune. Die dahinterliegende Scheune aus roten Backsteinen mit einem von grauen alt-holländischen Dachziegeln gedeckten Satteldach ist seit 2002 ein nationales Denkmal.
