Alverna er en hollandsk kirke landsby i den Gelderland kommune Wijchen, beliggende mellem Grave og Nijmegen. Den 1. januar 2016 havde Alverna 2.435 indbyggere. Landsbyen er opkaldt efter det i 1887 grundlagte kloster Alverna, som i sin tur er opkaldt efter La Verna, bjærget i Toscana, hvor Francesco af Assisi den 17. september 1224 skulle have modtaget stigmata. Alverna har ikke eget postnummer. I postnummerbogen er landsbyen under stamnavnet Wijchen.
