Varssel er en landsby i kommunen Bronckhorst i den nederlandske provins Gelderland. Varssel er kendt for vej-løbene for motorcykler, der hvert år i maj organiseres på Varsselring. Et markant punkt er resterne af Varsselse mølle, en tidligere kervel- mølle. Allerede i 1915 blev møllen udviklet. Ved stormkatastrofen i 1925 fløj møllens krop væk.
