Skibbyggeriet Bocxe er et skibsværft ved Schie, mellem Rotterdam og Delft, i den hollandske provins Zuid-Holland. Fra 1856 til overtagelsen i 1988 var dette kendt som værftet H. Boot og Sønner. Siden denne overtagelse har værftet vedligeholdt, forlænget eller på anden måde tilpasset mange skibe. Derudover er der siden da bygget omkring 300 erhvervs- og fritidsfartøjer. Værftet er en anerkendt læreplads.
