Die Werft Bocxe ist eine Werft an der Schie, zwischen Rotterdam und Delft, in der niederländischen Provinz Südholland. Von 1856 bis zur Übernahme im Jahr 1988 war sie als die Werft von H. Boot und Söhne bekannt. Seit dieser Übernahme wurden von der Werft viele Schiffe gewartet, verlängert oder anderweitig angepasst. Darüber hinaus wurden seit dieser Zeit etwa 300 Betriebs- und Freizeitboote gebaut. Die Werft ist ein anerkanntes Ausbildungsunternehmen.
