Sibberhuuske eller Villartshof er en herregård beliggende i udkanten af landsbyen Sibbe, der er en del af den nederlandske Limburg kommune Valkenburg aan de Geul. Bygningen er siden 1967 et nationalt monument.
Historien om Sibberhuuske går tilbage til det 14. århundrede. I 1381 blev det nævnt som storejendom af godset Oud-Valkenburg. 'Vielaertshoff' med over 60 bunder land blev dengang ophøjet af en Willem van Hercke. I samme år bliver også slottet Hartelstein ophøjet, hvilket viser, at Vilaertshof har haft en forbindelse i århundreder. I midten af det 15. århundrede var godset i besiddelse af ægteparret Horion-Van Tzevel, hvorefter det overgår til herrerne von Ghoor, som brugte det som skytterhus. Familien Van Ghoor var også ejer af gården Hartelstein og slottet Veljaeren. Til dette sidste får Villaertshof sit navn.
