Leemcule er en udgravning, der er opstået, fordi lerlag blev gravet ud for at bage sten til husbyggeri. Hvornår man er begyndt på udgravningen, vides ikke, men ifølge historier skulle det have været omkring 1920'erne i det forrige århundrede. Før den tid blev huse stadig bygget med sten fra floder. I bunden af udgravningen står der stadig en vandpyt, hvis størrelse afhænger af nedbøren. Dette vand bliver stående på grund af den kede bund, der næsten ikke lader vand passere.
