Kraaienestersluse er en slusesluse i den hollandske kommune Stichtse Vecht. Slusen danner en forbindelse mellem floden Vecht og Tienhovens Kanal med Loosdrechtse Plassen.
Slusen blev muligvis anlagt i det 17. århundrede. Gennem historien er slusen blevet tilpasset. Slusen var en del af den Nye Hollandske Vandlinie af et kompleks af arbejder i forhold til den nærliggende fæstning ved Tienhoven. I dag fungerer slusen på basis af selvbetjening for små fartøjer med begrænset højde.
