Neubourgermolen lå tidligere nær slot Neubourg. Der blev malet korn indtil aktiviteterne i 1853 blev flyttet til en papirfabrik lidt længere nede ad åen. Den gamle Neubourgermolen blev revet ned, og i nærheden af Pesaken blev der bygget en ny. I 1905 brændte den ned. Den gamle tilstand blev ikke genoprettet, men møllen blev moderniseret.
I 1930 fik den en elektromotor, fordi vandkraften fra Gulp ikke altid var tilstrækkelig. I mange år stod møllen stille. I 1980'erne blev den restaureret. I dag er det den største vandkraftmølle i Holland, der stadig er i brug, og en del af restaurant 'de Pannenkoekenmolen'.
