PKN-kirken i Hoogmade blev grundlagt i 1729. Det er en lille, rektangulær kongekirke med en indgangsbue i natursten. På taget over den vestlige facade står et lille klokketårn af træ.
Kirken er enkelt indrettet med en træprædikestol og træbænke. Det smukke én-klaviatur kabinetorgel fra det tidlige nittende århundrede er dog bestemt et besøg værd.
PKN-kirken i Hoogmade er et nationalt monument og er stadig i brug til gudstjenester for den protestantiske menighed Hoogmade-Rijpwetering.
