Mariastiftelsen, organisatorisk en del af Spaarne Hospital siden 1989, er et tidligere romersk-katolsk hospital i Haarlem. Det blev lukket i slutningen af 2004 og derefter - med undtagelse af den monumentale hovedbygning fra 1899 - revet ned i 2006. I 1989 fusionerede Mariastiftelsen med Diakonissenhuset i Heemstede, og det nye navn blev Spaarne Hospital. Efter fusionen blev en ny bygning i Hoofddorp taget i brug, og det gamle Mariastiftelsen blev lukket.
