La Mariastichting, faisant partie de l'hôpital Spaarne depuis 1989 sur le plan organisationnel, est un ancien hôpital catholique romain à Haarlem. Il a été fermé fin 2004 et ensuite, à l'exception de la bâtiment principal monumental de 1899, démoli en 2006. En 1989, la Mariastichting a fusionné avec le Diakonessenhuis à Heemstede et le nouveau nom est devenu Spaarne Ziekenhuis. Après la fusion, un nouveau bâtiment à Hoofddorp a été mis en service et l'ancienne Mariastichting a été fermée.
