La Fundación María, desde 1989 parte organizativa del Hospital Spaarne, es un antiguo hospital católico en Haarlem. Cerró a finales de 2004 y posteriormente - salvo el monumental edificio principal de 1899 - se demolió en 2006. En 1989, la Fundación María se fusionó con el Hospital Diakonessen en Heemstede y el nuevo nombre fue Hospital Spaarne. Tras la fusión, se puso en uso un nuevo edificio en Hoofddorp y se cerró la antigua Fundación María.
