La Fondazione Maria, parte del Spaarne Ziekenhuis dal 1989, è un ex ospedale cattolico romano a Haarlem. È stato chiuso alla fine del 2004 e successivamente, ad eccezione dell'edificio monumentale del 1899, demolito nel 2006. Nel 1989 la Fondazione Maria si è fusa con l'Ospedale Diakonessenhuis di Heemstede e il nuovo nome è diventato Spaarne Ziekenhuis. Dopo la fusione, è stato messo in uso un nuovo edificio a Hoofddorp e la vecchia Fondazione Maria è stata chiusa.
