Skt. Jan Fødselskirke er en neogotisk kirke i Vlijmen. Den ligger på Julianastraat 44.
Bygningen blev designet af Hendrik Jacobus van Tulder og blev opført fra 1864-1866. Kirken blev indviet i 1868. Det er en trefaldig korsbasilika med et tårn, som omfatter fire skakter. For kirken står en Hellig Hjerte-statue fra 1922. Kirken og statuen har status som nationalt mindesmærke.
