Die Sint-Jan Geburtkirche ist ein neogotisches Kirchengebäude in Vlijmen. Es befindet sich an der Julianastraat 44.
Das Gebäude wurde von Hendrik Jacobus van Tulder entworfen und von 1864 bis 1866 erbaut. Die Kirche wurde 1868 eingeweiht. Es ist eine dreischiffige Kreuzbasilika mit einem Turm, der vier Geschosse umfasst. Vor der Kirche steht eine Heilig-Herz-Statue aus dem Jahr 1922. Die Kirche und die Statue haben den Status eines rijksmonuments.
