Zwaluwse Havnen er en kreksesidual, der løber fra Hooge Zwaluwe ind i Amer. Vandet er fire kilometer langt.
Zwaluwse Havnen opstod under Sankt Elisabeth oversvømmelsen i 1421 og var en del af et krekområde, der mindede om det nuværende Biesbosch. Således havde Hooge Zwaluwe en lille havn, der spillede en beskeden rolle for godstrafik og fiskeri.
