Rilland-Bath er en jernbanestation i den hollandske kommune Reimerswaal, beliggende ved linjen Roosendaal - Vlissingen. Stationet ligger i bydelen Stationsbuurt, godt en kilometer nordvest for landsbyen Rilland, som det adskilles fra af A58. Stationet blev åbnet i 1872. I oktober 1945 blev stationsbygningen ødelagt af brand. Den sidste stationsbygning stammede fra 1951 og blev designet af Sybold van Ravesteyn; i foråret 2006 blev den revet ned. Perronerne er placeret i bajonetopstilling, det vil sige skråt overfor hinanden, på hver side af vejovergangen. Stationet blev opkaldt efter den tidligere kommune Rilland-Bath.
