Gasselte er en landsby i den hollandske provins Drenthe. Beliggende i kommunen Aa en Hunze, ligger den ca. 16 km øst for Assen. I 2021 havde den en befolkning på 1.770. Landsbyen blev første gang omtalt i 1302 som "Jacobus de Gesholte". Etymologien er uklar. Gasselte er en esdorp på den højeste del af Hondsrug, som udviklede sig i den tidlige middelalder som en satellit af Borger. Den bestod tidligere af to bosættelser med deres egne es: Lutkenend og Grotenend.
