Paesens-Moddergat er navnet på en dobbelt- og tvillingeby i kommunen Noardeast-Fryslân i den hollandske provins Friesland. Det drejer sig om landsbyen Moddergat og landsbyen Paesens, som sammen danner ét samfund. Den ligger nordøst for Nes, nord for Lioessens og syd for Vadehavet. De to landsbyer blev oprindeligt adskilt af vandet Paesens, oprindeligt et søløb, der løb ud i Vadehavet. Vandet løber i 2019 ud på nybyggeriet af dobbeltbyen.
