Lexmond er en landsby i kommunen Vijfheerenlanden i provinsen Utrecht. Landsbyen opstod ved udmundingen af Laak, en lille flod der omkring år 1000 forbandt Zederik med Lek. Ordet Lexmond betyder derfor udmunding af Laak og ikke så meget udmunding af Lek. Indtil 1986 var Lexmond en selvstændig kommune.
