Nieuwer Ter Aa er en lille landsby i kommunen Stichtse Vecht i den nederlandske provins Utrecht. Landsbyen ligger lidt vest for motorvejen A2 og en kilometer vest for Amsterdam-Rijnkanalen, beliggende ved floden Aa. Nieuwer Ter Aa har 740 indbyggere. Indtil 1798 var landsbyen en del af godset Ter Aa. Nieuwer Ter Aa hørte indtil 1964 til kommunerne Ruwiel og Loenersloot, derefter tilhørte det Breukelen indtil 2011.
