Nieuwer Ter Aa è un piccolo villaggio nel comune di Stichtse Vecht, nella provincia olandese di Utrecht. Il villaggio si trova un po' a ovest dell'autostrada A2 e a un chilometro a ovest del canale Amsterdam-Rijn, situato lungo il fiume Aa. Nieuwer Ter Aa ha 740 abitanti. Fino al 1798, il villaggio faceva parte della signoria di Ter Aa. Nieuwer Ter Aa è stato parte dei comuni di Ruwiel e Loenersloot fino al 1964, quindi è stato nel comune di Breukelen fino al 2011.
