Noord-Stroe er en by, der ligger i kommunen Hollands Kroon i provinsen Noord-Holland. Noord-Stroe skrives også som Noordstroe.
Noord-Stroe ligger lige nord for Stroe på den tidligere ø Wieringen. Noord-Stroe hører formelt under Stroe og er siden nybyggeriet fra slutningen af det 20. århundrede og starten af det 21. århundrede blevet en del af Stroe. Noord-Stroe ligger ved Marsdijk, tidligere lå bydelen direkte ved Vadehavet, men til sidst blev der anlagt en dæmning. Noord-Stroe er sandsynligvis opstået, da antallet af indbyggere og huse i landsbyen Stroe langsomt faldt, og kernen af Noord-Stroe kom til at ligge mere isoleret fra landsbyen. På grænsen til Stroe ligger en stor campingplads.
