Noord-Stroe è una frazione nel comune di Hollands Kroon nella provincia dell'Olanda Settentrionale. Noord-Stroe è anche scritto come Noordstroe.
Noord-Stroe si trova appena a nord di Stroe sull'ex isola di Wieringen.
